Call for articles:

Berber Vlieg, research dietitian in the Netherlands, is Associate Editor and on the Editorial Board of Food Allergy, a specialty section by Professor Ronald Van Ree, in the newly launched journal Frontiers in Allergy!

Do you have research papers on food allergy related to healthy diet, nutrition, immuno-modulation and/or anti-inflammatory diet? Berber and the guest editors, Dr. Isabel Skypala and Dr. Rosan Meyer, welcome submissions for a themed article collection on “Why good nutrition matters throughout the life course”.

Paediatric Food Allergy
An Exclusive Course on Nutrition and Care for IgE and Non-IgE-Mediated Food Allergies

Carina Venter and Marion Groetch are proud to be teaming up with FARE to offer a comprehensive Paediatric Food Allergy Course for Dietitians. We will be joined by world-renown paediatric allergists to bring you up to date, evidence-based training.  Participants will earn a FARE Certificate of Training in Paediatric Food Allergy. The course will cover the prevention, diagnosis, and management of IgE- and non IgE-mediated paediatric food allergies and has been approved for 32 CPEU from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

The INDANA Mentoring Program for Dietitians in the US
We are looking for enthusiastic and eager INDANA members in the US who wish to develop their skills and knowledge in specific or general areas of food allergy management. If you wish to join our program and be paired with a mentor please complete the application form available from our members section on the Resources Page. This program is currently only available in the US as there are limited educational and training opportunities in allergy available for dietitians. We aim to launch this program internationally in the future.
